Casa Art is a brand which covers an art hotel, restaurant, and furniture and interior design showroom.

Casa Art is created by Plamen Petrov – an artist and furniture manufacturer, and Bilyana Milusheva – a designer and interior consultant.

In one of the most attractive and colorful corners of the Troyan Balkan – the village of Oreshak (44 Stara planina Str.), the two creators have developed a unique architecture and design, creating a non-standard art hotel with 17 rooms, 11 studios, 4 apartments, a relaxation area, lobby bar, restaurant, and furniture showroom. Casa Art furniture showrooms are also located in the cities of Sofia (Southern Park, 52 Episkop Protagen Str.) and Varna (Archimandrite 10 Philaret Str., Greek Quarter), where interior consultations are also held.

Since its inception, the hotel has been constantly evolving, improving its appearance through arrangement, interior innovations, and changes to the outdoor areas.

At the core of the business lies the design and production of high-quality furniture from valuable hardwood in a clean cubic style. From the beginning, Bilyana and Plamen have developed the main idea together, directing it in an artistic direction.

The two authors focus on exclusive furniture collections. Each of them tells its own story and leads to an extraordinary emotional world.

A team of designers and architects, under the leadership of Bilyana Milusheva, carry out interior projects for the complete furnishing of houses, offices, shops, and boutique hotels. The furniture is delivered securely packaged, with the option for installation, both throughout Bulgaria and to all points in Europe.
