Focused on production, Gepetto Machinery will offer its customers a variety of automatic edgebanding machines at this year's Technomebel exhibition.
The attendees will find the HEBROCK TOP 3005 F automatic edge banding machine. It has a gluing station for glue application to the workpiece. It is also equipped with a pneumatic system for quick change of the gluing station, pre-milling unit (max. 2 mm removal depth), as well as with a pneumatic package for adjustment of the aggregates (radial milling units, corner rounding unit, straight cycles) high-frequency unit for high precision trimming by a circular disc (16,000 rpm) and a high frequency radial milling unit with removable plates. The product also incorporates corner-rounding unit, radius cycles, straight cycles and polishing aggregate technologies.
The automatic trimming edgebanding machine HEBROCK TOP 2000 PLUS is in the focus of the company's presentation. Featuring a gluing station, it has a high-frequency unit for precision trimming by a circular saw blade (16,000 rpm), high frequency milling unit with combined milling plates (16,000 rpm), straight cycles with a pneumatic quick release system, and feed rate of 10 m/min.
